Hamas terrorists attempted to down an Air Force combat helicopter over Gaza City on Thursday morning, the IDF spokesperson said. “Earlier today, a failed launch was identified from the area of Gaza City toward an Air Force combat helicopter,” the statement said. “The helicopter was not hit and there were no casualties. The helicopter continued its mission in support of the combat forces in the area.” According to the IDF, the terrorists launched a  a shoulder-fired anti-aircraft missile at the helicopter.
