The seasonal rooftop bar reopens on 1 June with panoramic city views, new Mexican-inspired dining and a collection of Patrón tequila cocktails

Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem announces the return of The Terrace, its seasonal rooftop bar, from 1 June 2026. Open Sunday through Thursday from 18:30 to 23:00, with the kitchen serving until 22:30, The Terrace invites both hotel guests and locals to enjoy evenings above the city with sweeping views across Jerusalem.

This season’s menu continues The Terrace’s Mediterranean fare while introducing select new dishes inspired by the vibrant flavors of Mexican cuisine. Prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, the offering reflects the culinary perspective of head chef Itzik Barak Mizrachi and the carefully curated experiences which characterize Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem. Alongside signature favorites, guests will find a thoughtful selection of vegan and gluten-free dishes, as well as a curated range of premium cigars.

The drinks program features a broad selection of wines, beers, and premium spirits, complemented by a cocktail collection created by the Waldorf Astoria’s mixologists in collaboration with Patrón tequila. Signature serves include the Paloma, a bright combination of Patrón Reposado, fresh lime, and sparkling grapefruit soda; the Wild Paloma, layered with strawberry purée for a fruit-forward twist; Old Smoky, a richer blend of Patrón Añejo, agave, cocoa bitters and rosemary; and Margherita Verde, combining Patrón Silver with passion fruit, pear, coriander, and lime for a fresh botanical finish.
