Aid coordinated with U.S. and IDF as Israeli ground forces surge deeper into Gaza in pursuit of Hamas elimination. Israel considers terms of surrender: disarming of Hamas and exile of its leaders. For now, fierce fighting seeks swift end to war and release of half of living hostages for starters.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has ordered the partial resumption of humanitarian aid into Gaza—under tight military and international supervision excluding a role for Hamas—even as Israel’s armed forces intensify their offensive under the codename Gabriel’s Chariots. The dual-track move reflects Jerusalem’s commitment to exert overwhelming pressure on Hamas while preserving the IDF’s moral and legal standing amid the complexities of urban warfare and global scrutiny.
The new aid directive, confirmed late Saturday by senior officials, will allow for strictly monitored deliveries of food, water, and medical supplies through the Kerem Shalom crossing. The Rafah crossing remains closed due to ongoing combat in the area. All shipments will be coordinated by the Israel Defense Forces and COGAT.
“This decision balances our values with our objectives,” said Defense Minister Israel Katz, who replaced Yoav Gallant in the post earlier this year. “We are crushing Hamas’s terror network while ensuring that civilians uninvolved in terrorism receive basic humanitarian assistance.”
Fuel shipments remain highly restricted, with Israel authorizing small quantities only for essential infrastructure like hospitals, subject to Israeli and U.S. verification. Any suspected diversion of aid to Hamas will trigger immediate suspension.
The decision coincides with the broadening of the IDF’s ground campaign. Under Gabriel’s Chariots, the IDF is deploying heavy armor, combat engineering units, and infantry brigades across multiple axes. Key urban centers—including Khan Yunis in the south and Jabalia and Beit Lahia in the north—are witnessing renewed, large-scale clashes. Over the past 72 hours, Israeli forces have conducted more than 300 airstrikes, eliminated senior Hamas operatives, and uncovered extensive tunnel networks. Several hundred terrorists have been killed.
Brig. Gen. (Res.) Ram Aminach, former chief of staff of the Defense Ministry, said the name of the operation reflects its essence: “This is not a symbolic thrust. It is the chariots of Israel—armored and unstoppable—advancing with precision toward the heart of Hamas’s last remaining fortresses.”
Inside Gaza, Hamas fighters have retreated into civilian zones, relying on underground tunnels and improvised explosive devices to slow the Israeli advance. According to IDF estimates, dozens of terrorists have been neutralized, mostly by airstrikes, and key logistics hubs destroyed.
Netanyahu’s office emphasized that the renewed aid flow is contingent on absolute control. “There will be no aid without oversight,” an Israeli official said. “We will not allow Hamas to rearm under the guise of humanitarianism.”
The decision to resume aid follows consultations with senior U.S. officials, who have continued to press for humanitarian access while affirming Israel’s right to dismantle Hamas. The U.S. Central Command’s newly constructed pier off the coast of Gaza began trial deliveries this week. Israel is coordinating the entry and distribution of those goods to ensure Hamas does not benefit.
Meanwhile, public support in Israel remains firm for the continuation of military operations. Despite international criticism, a recent poll by Channel 12 showed nearly 70% of Israelis backing a full defeat of Hamas before any long-term ceasefire or political solution is discussed.
Families of hostages, still numbering 128, have urged the government to maintain pressure. “We know Hamas only responds to force,” said Eyal Eshel, whose brother is believed to be held in Rafah. “Humanitarian aid must be part of a broader strategy to weaken Hamas, not strengthen it.”
The Gabriel’s Chariots operation is being seen as one of the most aggressive Israeli maneuvers since the early phases of the war. Defense Minister Katz confirmed that the IDF has moved to a “third wave” of clearing operations aimed at severing remaining Hamas communication lines between the north and south.
Netanyahu summed up the government’s stance in a closed meeting with security officials: “We will continue striking Hamas with iron force. At the same time, we will ensure our actions reflect who we are: a moral army and a responsible democracy.”

What possible “logical” reason could Trump admin have for “forcing” Israel to supply the enemy trying to kill them and steal their Yhvh- given land? This is just evil! No other nation in history has supported its sworn and at war with them enemies, or even been asked to do so!
