Two women are in serious condition following a combined vehicle ramming and stabbing attack at the Gush Etzion Junction on Tuesday afternoon, according to emergency medical services responding to the scene.
The Israel Defense Forces confirmed receiving initial reports of the incident, stating that “a report was received regarding a ramming and stabbing attack in the area of Gush Etzion Junction. The details are under review.”
United Hatzalah medical responders provided emergency treatment to the two seriously injured patients at the scene. EMTs Eitan Saar, Tomer Sela, and Zehavit Lezar described arriving to an active and dangerous situation.
“Upon arrival, we heard gunfire at the scene,” the responders reported. “We are currently providing medical treatment to two female patients who have sustained serious traumatic injuries. Both patients are being treated and stabilized at the scene.”
