Anti-Israel Riots Ruin Holiday for Christians and Absurdly Claim Jesus was a Palestinian, not a Jew from Judea

In the shadow of New York’s glittering holiday lights, a different, more sinister display unfolded this Christmas. Hundreds of pro-Palestinian protesters converged on Midtown, brandishing a blood-red mock Nativity scene and chanting, “Christmas is canceled here.” This wasn’t just a protest; it was a deliberate assault on the fabric of history and the sanctity of Christmas.

The protesters, numbering around 500, swarmed the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree, a symbol of holiday joy, replacing it with an image of strife and division. “Long live the intifada,” they yelled, calling for a rebellion against an established historical narrative that acknowledges the Jewish roots of Christianity and the ancient Jewish sovereignty of Judea. Similar scenes and confrontations occurred at New York and Chicago Airports, and in shopping malls, terrifying shooppers and kids aiming only to occupy Santa’s lap.

The signs they carried were as provocative as their chants: “While Ur Shopping Bombs are Dropping” and “No Joy In Genocide,” they declared, standing atop the faux Nativity scene splattered in fake blood. These are not just words; they are direct attacks on the historical and cultural connection between Jews and the Holy Land, as well as an affront to Christian celebrations of a Jewish savior.

As the night descended, so did chaos. Scuffles broke out, arrests were made, and the air was thick with hostility. According to law enforcement sources, at least six individuals were detained for various offenses including disorderly conduct and graffiti. This disruption wasn’t confined to the streets: it left its mark on the Union Square Holiday Market with stickers and flyers denouncing Zionism and Israel.

The bewilderment deepens when considering the Christian response, or lack thereof, to these historical distortions. The silence from many Christian quarters in the face of direct assaults on the foundational aspects of their faith is alarming. While Muslims’ efforts to diminish and undermine Christian and Jewish histories might not be surprising, given the global precedents, the acquiescence of many Christians to narratives that erode the very bedrock of their belief is both baffling and troubling. This passivity seems to stem from a complex mix of political correctness, a lack of deep historical understanding, internal divisions, and a global political environment fraught with tension over the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

This protest is not an isolated incident but part of a disturbing trend of anti-Israel marches , following the events of Hamas’ October attack and Israel’s retaliatory strikes. The demonstrators’ actions and words, from claiming “Zionism is terrorism” and “Zionism is Apartheid” to stepping on Israeli flags and calling for the Gassing of Jews, are a clear indication of their murderous intent to erase and rewrite history, demanding that “Palestine will be Free from the River to the Sea” even though this means extermination of Jews and the end of Israel.

This isn’t just a matter of public disturbance; it’s an ideological war. As they aim to “globalize the intifada” and target symbols of media and Christmas spirit alike, these protesters are not just challenging Israeli policies; they are challenging the very history and beliefs that underpin our modern understanding of faith and sovereignty for Christians the world over.

As we stand witness to these unsettling events, it is imperative that we ask ourselves: Will we allow history to be rewritten? Will we stand by as the narrative of a Jewish Judean and the ancient Jewish sovereignty of Israel is erased? It’s time for Christians to rise up to demand an end to these outrages and the expulsion of hostile actors, many not even American citizens, disturbing the peace. Freedom of speech and assembly is one thing, but threatening people with genocide, already causing bloodshed, goes over the line of what Americans should be prepared to accept.
