The critics of Israel are out in force, ravaging the IDF for hitting an aid convoy that a field commander believed, evidently mistakenly, was transporting terrorists.
While the death of aid workers and their security is regrettable, it is the kind of thing that happens in every war.
The US made plenty of misfires in Iraq and Afghanistan. US soldiers, foreign civilians, and aid workers, died.
Israel and the IDF have admitted that it was an error, pledging to investigate the incident fully.
What we don’t hear from Israel’s critics, especially from the US and Western countries, is what they would do differently, and better.
Joe Biden is “outraged and heartbroken.” He says Israel “has not done enough.” And what has the US done other than to attack the local population with lethal parachuted TV dinners and bags of Skittles?
Who has a better idea for destroying the Hamas rule which started all this in the first place on the 7th of October? Don’t all answer at once.
The Americans are said to have “harshly” criticized Israeli plans to evacuate civilians and rout Hamas. But they offered no practical alternatives to destroying Hamas and winning the war. Rather, they seem to prefer Israel not winning the war decisively.
The world is so concern about the humanitarian needs of Gazan civilians. But what about the humanitarian needs of Israeli civilians, kidnapped to Gaza? The answer is obvious: no one but Israel and its real supporters really give a good godamn.
In for a penny, in for a pound. Israel needs to stop worrying about what summertime allies and enemies are saying. Just do it.
Let the IDF loose to finish the job. Yes, people are gonna scream and shout for some days and weeks. When Hamas is defeated and hostages are returned, they will sit down and shut up. If you’re going to pay the price, you may as well get the goods.
Israel needs to put on its big-boy pants and act like a sovereign nation, doing what needs to get done.
Israel needs to defeat its enemies. If civilians or aid workers get in the way, that can’t be our main concern. Our main concern must be to win.
The Americans want to worry about the day after? The day after will look different when the last Hamas battalions are decimated. The day after will look different when Sinwar and the other rats in the sewers are flushed out and drowned.
Better to be harshly criticized than to be sympathized with as we were on October 8th.

Aaaaamen. As a Christian American I support Israel fully. It is life or death for them. Ridiculous Bidn & the world need to support Israel.. or butt out. Go Israel.
How about the West puts pressure on Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, and Morocco to take in Gazans who either want to move there temporarily or permanently (with Israel guaranteeing return if they leave)? This tragedy is not just Israel’s fault. it is primarily the fault of Hamas for starting the conflict. Then it is the fault of all the other countries mentioned for not being willing to offer help to their Arab brothers and sisters in Gaza. Since 1948, Israel took in hundreds of thousands of Jewish refugees from these and other Arab/Muslim countries. And, it is the fault of the entire UN for focusing on Israel and not on Hamas and the Arab countries.
Biden, as a puppet president, was told to stand by Israel (words) however, his actions are the opposite, in favor of Hamas and the Palestinian terrorists.
Actions, NOT words, define who you are. The actions of Mr. Obama when he was president and Biden as vice-president have always been against Israel and in favor of terrorists.
The Press ignored all of that because they are part of it (their propaganda machine) and that’s the reason why there is so much ignorance, so many empty head, brainwashed stupid followers who follow as our puppet president, and are ready to act as soldiers.

The Biden administration is guilty of the terrorist attack on Israel and all the instability and wars happening including the Russian and Ukrainian war that he needed, so he can get support from some or many “stupid Republicans”!

I agree exactly with what you stated. Israelis have varied reasons for living in Israel, but most of us want to live in peace. We’re not asking to expand, as we just want the land we have, the land that is the historical homeland. If people in the world don’t like us, fine, don’t come here and don’t buy our products. But that doesn’t mean we should leave and let the land return to the wasteland it was back in the pre-20th century.
