Minister Betzalel Smotrich says the deal on the table with Hamas would provide American guarantees for the terror group, preventing Israel from responding to future terror attacks and making the Jewish State completely dependent on the U.S. for its security.

Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, posting on X Friday, said that the proposed deal with Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar was in effect a defense alliance with the US. He condemned any Israeli leader who would dare allow such an indefensible deal.

“Enough of the laundering of words of words!! Nazi Sinwar’s demand is not for an “end of the war” but for a “defense alliance” between the US and Hamas under which the Americans will grant him and all the murderers, butchers and rapists complete immunity and prevent Israel from destroying him and stopping the preparations and arming for the next massacre,” he wrote.

“This is the meaning of the American and Egyptian “guarantees” to Hamas to stop the war. Any Israeli leader who agrees to this by signing or turning a blind eye will be remembered to the world for knowingly neglecting the security of the citizens of Israel. In the next massacre, God forbid, no one will be able to say ‘I didn’t know.'”

He concluded: “Rafiah now and immediately. with full power. Until the destruction of Hamas.”

The U.S. has warned Israel not to undertake the operation and threatened repercussions if it defied Biden’s edict. Netanyahu has vowed to conduct the operation but Secretary Tony Blinken, mocked the Israeli PM, saying that words count less than actions.
