A Palestinian journalist working for Al Jazeera is also a Hamas tank commander. According to The Times of Israel, IDF troops found a laptop in a Hamas base in northern Gaza that belonged to a man named Mohamed Washah, a frequent reporter for the rabidly anti-Israel Qatari news network.

IDF Arabic Spokesperson Avichay Adraee announced this evening that Al Jazeera journalist Isma’il Abu Omar, injured yesterday in an IDF offensive in Rafah, not only participated in the October 7 massacre operations but also served as a deputy commander of a battalion in the eastern Khan Yunis brigade of Hamas.
