<p>The Military Police Criminal Investigation Division has opened an investigation into the incident that occurred on Friday in the city of Hebron, in which a Palestinian Arab infant was killed and two other Palestinian Arab civilians were wounded by fire from IDF forces.</p><p>According to an IDF statement, the decision was made following a preliminary review conducted by the Military Police Criminal Investigation Division.
