<p>The head of the Jadeidi-Makr local council was shot and is in serious and unstable condition. His deputy was also shot and is in moderate condition.</p><p>The two were shot immediately after leaving an event on Sunday night, and were evacuated while conscious to receive medical treatment at the Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya.
