Report: Biden Halts Arms to Israel

Axios reports credibly that the Biden Administration has halted promised shipments of weapons and ammunition to Israel as a pressure tactic intended to force the Jewish State into abject compliance with the Administration’s diktat, despite approval in Congress and the President’s approval of the emergency weapons supply.

Axios reports that the Biden administration has halted shipment of U.S.-made ammunition to Israel, according to two Israeli officials briefed on the matter. This action marks the first time since the October 7 attack that a shipment intended for the Israeli military has been stopped by the United States.

The decision has triggered serious concerns within the Israeli government, prompting officials to urgently seek clarification on the reasons behind the hold. Notably, the move comes amidst mounting criticism of President Biden’s support for Israel, particularly from “progressive” sectors of the American public opposed to such backing and major anti-Israel funders of his campaign as well.

The Biden administration had previously requested assurances from Israel regarding the use of U.S.-made weapons by the Israel Defense Forces in Gaza, in compliance with international law. Israel provided these assurances in the form of a signed letter in March. However, despite these assurances, the ammunition shipment to Israel was stopped last week, with the White House declining to comment on the matter. The State Department has also reported been investigating alleged Israeli “war crimes” as a possible rationalization for an arms cut-off.

Tensions have been escalating amid fears that Israel may launch an invasion of the southern Gaza city of Rafah, where over a million displaced Palestinians are reportingly located. That operation today appears closer than ever.

The Biden administration, through U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, has reportedly conveyed its opposition to any major military operation in Rafah, warning that it would strain U.S.-Israel relations. Behind-the-scenes discussions between U.S. and Israeli officials have underscored the gravity of the situation, with the U.S. making it clear that its stance on the Gaza war will be influenced by Israel’s actions in Rafah.

The Hamas terrorist organization poses a very serious existential threat to the security and well-being of Israel and its citizens. This was once again proven on Oct 7th when Hamas unleashed a brutal attack where they burned Kibutzes to the ground, beheaded babies, performed brutal sexual assaults and rape and murder that ended up having over 1200 innocent citizens losing their lives. There is no doubt that Hamas is a ‘Cancer’ that must be completely removed for the sake of everyone who is effected by the evil of Hamas. May Hashem give strength to the IDF when they enter Rafah, so that the Hamas terrorists are completely eliminated.
