Urgent Legislation and Aggressive Policing Needed Against Sabotage and For1eign-Funded Unrest by Anarchists and Leftists

On Friday, anti-government rioters again blocked the Ayalon highway that runs through Tel Aviv. They did so by setting out a Sabbath dinner table to symbolize the hostages missing home. But they also prevented thousands of Israeli from getting home to celebrate the Sabbath, possibly also causing them to violate their most cherished observances.

After October 7, Israeli police have been most tolerant with demonstration in support of the hostages, but enough is enough. Israeli policy on the most delicate subjects of war and peace cannot to determine by infantile protesters calling for “ceasefire now Now NOW!” Now that patience is wearing thin, as it becomes clear that left and anarchist elements are exploiting the hostage issue to resume the foreign-funded anti-government crisis to unseat Bibi and install a government that would succumb to a US diktat.

A policeman on horseback was seen trying to move a protester off the road using horse reins, causing the protest to lose his balance and fall backwards. That cop was clearly just doing his job and protesters should expect not to be mollycoddled anymore. The privileged rich kids who want to make their political careers by provocation need to taken down a peg and taught the meaning of law and order. They have no right to disrupt the lives of the rest of us.
