Biden Gives Bibi Order: Jump!

Israel needs to respond: Let’s Go Brandon!

Joe Biden may have forgotten many things. Like the deaths of Afghan aid worker Zemari Ahmadi and nine members of his family. Initially the Pentagon claimed the USAF drone strike was “successful” and “righteous” before it became clear that all the dead were innocent civilians.

The Pentagon Press Secretary Gen. Pat Ryder was asked by a Washington Times reporter whether any soldier or officer was reprimanded or disciplined for that strike. He hemmed and hawwed, saying he preferred not to look at the past. (Start 24:00)

Q: Yes. Thanks, Pat. In August 21, 2021, the U.S. launched a drone strike that killed seven children and three adults for several days. People in this building, including your predecessor and the former chairman, insisted it was a righteous nation. Nobody was punished for it. Nobody lost their job over it. I mean, is it really — is the U.S. really in a position to be outraged about what happened in Israel since it seems to almost mirror what happened in the — what the U.S did in Afghanistan?

GEN. RYDER:  Yes, Mike, I mean, I – I appreciate the question but, you know, I – I – I’m not going to be able to talk about the past.  All I can talk about today is the present.  And the fact is, you know, seven civilians who were delivering food to people who are in extreme need were killed in an airstrike.  So it’s a tragic situation, I think we can all agree.  And so I’ll just leave it there.

A few days later, for those who remember (unlike the cognitively challenged Commander in Chief), 13 US servicepeople were killed and chaos ensued during his disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, leaving that nation, US bases, equipment, weapons, and arsenals in the hands of the Taliban.

Now he would like Israel to do something similar.  To stop its just war to topple Hamas on the threshold of victory. To leave Hamas in control of Gaza so it can fulfill its promise to attack Israel again and again. To cut and run before the hostages are liberated.

In his call of April 4 to Benjamin Netanyahu, Biden warned of hot warnings from the CIA that Iran was on the brink of launching imminent missile attacks on Israel.

But the focus of the call was to dress down the Israeli Prime Minister like a kitchen worker who had spilled the soup. He demanded that Israel does what the US says or face a sudden shift in policy that will remove US support from Israel in its seven-front war.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken continued the next day with the scolding and threatening, making it clear that the US alone will decide whether Israel has danced properly to the American tune. He added:

“What happened after October 7 could have ended immediately if Hamas had stopped hiding behind civilians, released the hostages and put down its weapons, but Israel is not Hamas. Israel is a democracy; Hamas, a terrorist organization. Democracies place the highest value on human life, every human life. As it has been said, whoever saves a life, saves the entire world,” Blinken says during a press conference in Brussels, quoting a Jewish proverb.

“That’s our strength. It’s what distinguishes us from terrorists like Hamas. If we lose that reverence for human life, we risk becoming indistinguishable from those we confront.”

Blinken was implying that Israel was losing that “reverence.” He did not provide evidence that Israel was failing to protect civilians. Earlier this week, Israel concluded a two-week battle in which it killed 200 terrorists who had holed up in Shifa Hospital. There were zero civilian casualties.

FoxNews White House correspondent Peter Doocy put the NSA spokesperson John Kirby’s feet to the fire on whether Biden’s support for Israel was still “unwavering” and “rock solid” as he claimed. Kirby is not a very good dancer:

It is now clear that the United States under the bumbling Biden is trying to subvert the elected government of an erstwhile ally.

Biden has trouble stringing together two sentences without mumbling or mistaking one country for another or bringing back long-dead leaders from one country and assigning them to lead another country.

Israel rushed to satisfy Biden’s ultimatum. It opened additional humanitarian routes, and completed an investigation of the accidental killing of the WCK aid workers.

But the Americans were not impressed. Only “results” will satisfy them. Which results? The results that the Americans desire.

The results clearly do not include a decisive victory over Hamas and the return of the hostages. The humanitarian concerns clearly do not extend to the 134 hostages in Hamas hands, who knows how many of whom are still alive. No one is demanding to know that except in Israel and among its stalwart supporters.

There comes a moment when a sovereign country needs to stand up and say: Enough.

If the United States and other Western nations decide to abandon Israel in its time of need, leaving it to its own devices, they should remember that Israel has devices.

Push us too far, abuse our hostages further, humiliate our leaders more, and don’t be surprised if we act like a self-respecting country. The leaders of the American Revolution waved a flag bearing the image of a snake: Don’t Tread on Me.

The time has come for Israel to flex its muscles and deter further abuse of our sovereignty. Time for Israel to stand up to the husk of a man who doesn’t know the time of day and the Obama-led puppeteers who are running the current administration and pulling the strings on the POTUS underpants.

A reporter today asked Biden if he had threatened to stop aid to Israel, to which he replied: “I asked them to do what they’re doing.”

This is the man said to be President of the United States and holder of the nuclear football.

Israel needs to put on its own big-boy pants and stand up against all its enemies, including those that pretend to be its allies.

Let the chips fall where they may. Israel needs to say, in no uncertain terms: “Let’s go, Brandon!”
