Soup
Thanks to Minette Greenman,
who will always be loved as a beloved grandmother!
Directions:
Mash 1 Calavo avocado. Cook ¼ cup fine-chopped onion and
½ cup thin sliced celery slowly in tablespoon of butter until
tender. Add teaspoon of salt and 1 cup each milk and table cream.
Bring to boil then take from heat. Stir in avocado slowly. Serve
at once. Serves four
