Rice

Ingredients:
2 cups rice
chopped celery
chopped onion
cut up mushrooms
salt, pepper, p
powdered beef bouillon
soy sauce
boiling water
Directions: Heat oil in pot as for deep frying. Drop in rice and
heat to several shades of brown (have celery and onion sautéed
ahead of time.) Add boiling water and cover fast-after adding sautéed
celery and onion, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and bouillon. Add mushrooms
after it has steamed a while.
