Curried Rice
Ingredients:
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. rice
1 T. curry powder
2 1/2 c. boiling water with pinch of salt
Method:
Melt margarine in heavy saucepan.
Add rice and mix with fork over medium heat until rice becomes transparent.
Sprinkle curry powder over rice and toss with fork until evenly
distributed. Pour on boiling salted water. Cook covered 20 minutes
until water is absorbed.
