Green Beans
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh green beans
3 tbsp oil or margarine
1 onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp rosemary
3/4 tsp salt
Method:
Break beans in half.
Saute onion, garlic and celery for 10 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients and cook over low heat until beans
are tender.
