Baked
Potatoes With a Difference

of Australia for this delicious recipe!
Ingredients:
olive oil 1/4 cup
1/2 package onion soup mix
8 small/medium baking potatoes
Method:
Mix the onion soup with the olive
oil in a small bowl.
Cut the potatoes in half.
Dip the potatoe (not cut part,skin part only) in mixture coating
well.
Place on lightly greased baking try
Bake in hot oven 40 minutes or so until done.
