Chick
Pea Salad
Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas
1 plum tomato, diced
1 kirby cucumber, diced
1 scallion, diced
2 tablespoon of vinegar
olives (optional)
2 radishes, diced
Preparation:
Put the can of chickpeas in a bowl.
Add the tomato, cucumber,
scallion and radishes. Add in the vinegar and mix. Put in the
refrigerator until ready to serve. Add olives.
