Veal
Chops Ala Blanche

Ingredients:
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
Sliced mushrooms
Tomato soup
Catsup
Lay out veal chops in flat pan. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt
and pepper. Add enough water not to burn chops and bake at 350F
for 40 – 55 min. Spoon canned sliced mushrooms over each chop.
Combine canned tomato soup with 2 tbsps catsup – spoon over
chops to cover them completely. Cover pan with aluminum foil, return
to 325F oven for ½ hr until done.
