Ingredients:
1/2 chicken breast, boned, per person
salt and pepper
flour
breadcrumbs
pat of margarine
fresh squeezed garlic
fresh parsley
1 egg, beaten
oil for deep frying
Instructions:
Pound chicken breast until thin.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, parsley and garlic. Place a pat of margarine
in the center of the chicken breast. Roll up the breast. Dip in
flour, beaten egg and then breadcrumbs. Fry in oil until golden.
