Broiled Liver Steaks

Thanks to Minette Greenman, who will always be loved as a beloved grandmother!

2 (8oz. size) slices beef, lamb, or pork liver with skin and veins removed
Onion salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Oregano to taste
1 tablespoon imitation margarine

Directions: Broil liver 4 inches from source of heat for about 3 minutes on each side, or until desired degree of doneness. Sprinkle each steak with onion salt, pepper, and oregano. Top each with 1½ teaspoon imitation margarine. Makes 2 dinner servings, 1 steak each.
