Ingredients:
750 beef cubes
1 carrot cut in rounds
4 fresh shallots chopped
salt and pepper
1 garlic clove chopper
1 small onion chopped
1 tablespoon herbs of your choosing
thyme basil rosemary oregano
1 cup red wine
20 black olives stoned
Instructions:
Put meat into pot and let brown
for 10 minutes. While stirring, add carrots, shallot (substitute
garlic or onion) and onion. Then cover and cook for 15 minutes,
add garlic, herbs, salt,pepper and wine. Cover and bring to boil.
Simmer over low heat for 1 1/2 hours, add olives, cover again and
cook for 30 minutes.
