3 pounds steak or roast
(may be browned in flour – olive oil)
Sauce
1 can condensed onion soup or (1 package and 1 cup water)
1 / 4 cup wine vinegar
1 bay leaf
2 tablespoons catsup
1 / 4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt and marjoram
Directions:
Heat sauce to boiling, pour over meat. Bake at 375-degrees (Fahrenheit)
until brown (about 1/1/2 hours)
