Aunt
Madeleine's Chicken
Thanks to Aunt Madeleine for
this great recipe, which is dedicated to the newest and as yet unnamed
member of the Matitya clan!
Ingredients:
frozen orange juice
apricot jam
fresh garlic
hot paprika (but sweet if preferred)
pepper
Instrucions:
Defrost orange juice. Mix orange
juice with half a cup of water, some jam, chopped garlic, paprika
and pepper to taste.
Skin chicken, cover both sides in
sauce, and then pour rest of sauce over chicken. Bake on one side
for 30-40 minutes, then on the other also for 30-40 minutes. (Optional:
Coat potatoes in the sauce and bake with onions and carrots with
the chicken.)
