Apricot
Chicken (A la Eileen)
Ingredients:
large chicken cut into pieces
5 oz apricot jam (or other favorite jam)
1/2 envelope onion soup mix
1 tsp lemon juice
1/3 c Italian dressing (or to taste)
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients and marinate
chicken overnight.
Bake for 1 hour at 350.
