Tuna Stuffed Bake Potatoes

Thanks to Minette Greenman, who will always be loved as a beloved grandmother!

4 large baking potatoes
4 tbspn margarine
½ c. milk (or sour cream)
4oz. muenster cheese (diced)
4oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can tuna (drained)
¾ tspn. salt
1/8 tspn. pepper
1 tspn. onion powder
paprika

Directions: Wash and prick potatoes with fork. Bake on 400F for one hour. Cut potatoes in ½ length-wise. Scoop out inside of potatoes (be careful not to break skins). Mash together with margarine. Add spices, tuna, muenster cheese and milk. Mix well. Spoon mixture into potato shells. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and paprika. Bake for another 10 minutes.
