Strawberry
Sorbet
Thanks to Minette Greenman,
who will always be loved as a beloved grandmother!
2 pints cold, firm, ripe strawberries, hulled, rinsed and drained
½ - 1 cup sugar
3 – 4 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions: Puree strawberries in a food processor until very fine.
Add sugar to taste. Add lemon juice to taste. Blend well. Process
in ice-cream maker according to manufacturer’s instructions.
If you do not have an ice-cream maker, freeze the mixture then,
if necessary, process in food processor to soften.
