Puffs

who will always be loved as a beloved grandmother!
1 cup water
1 cup matzo meal
4 eggs not beaten
1/3 cup oil
½ tablespoon salt
Directions:
Bring water and oil to boil, pour in matzo meal all at once, add
salt and let cook, stirring constantly until dough no longer stick
to pot. Remove from fire, add unbeaten eggs, one at a time, beating
in each egg thoroughly. Drop by a tablespoon (the doughy stuff)
onto grease cookie sheet allowing 1/1/2 in. between each cookie.
Bake at 450 (degree Fahrenheit) for 25 minutes, then at 325(degrees
Fahrenheit for 45 minutes. Longer or until crisp thoroughly.
