Lasagne

Ingredients:
1 can plum tomatoes
1 large/2-3 tomato puree
sugar, oregano, garlic
onions
egg plant
zucchini
carrots
peppers
broccoli
lasagna noodles
hard cheese
cottage cheese
Instructions:
1. Combine plum tomatoes with tomato
puree; add teaspoon of sugar, oregano, garlic.
2. Sautee onions in to tomato mixture.
3. Boil egg plant, zucchini, carrots,
peppers, broccoli, either in with the tomato mixture, or separately.
4. Grease pan, add layer of noodles,
then a layer of sauce with vegetables, then a layer of cottage cheese.
Repeat as appropriate.
