Quick Lasagna

Thanks to Minette Greenman, who will always be loved as a beloved grandmother!

Ingredients:

12 Lasagna Noodles (raw – uncooked)
1 –16oz. cottage cheese
1 egg
1 package frozen spinach, thawed (optional)
1 –32oz. pasta sauce
6oz. Muenster cheese, sliced in strips
6oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced in strips
9 slices American cheese
1 – 8oz. can tomato sauce
1 cup water

Directions: Mix cottage cheese, egg and spinach. Place 4 lasagna noodles on bottom of pan. Pour cottage cheese mixture on top. Pour 1/3 pasta sauce on top. Layer 4 more noodles. Put Muenster and Mozzarella cheeses on top. Pour 1/3 pasta sauce on top. Layer 4 more noodles. Put American cheese on. Pour on the balance of the pasta sauce. Pour tomato sauce and water on top. Cover tightly and bake at 350F for 1½hr.
