Cottage
Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients:
1 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
½ teaspoon of salt
2 cups of cottage cheese
4 eggs (separated)
4 tbspns. of sour cream
Directions: Cream cottage cheese, add four egg yolks, add the flour,
baking powder and salt, sieved together, and the sour cream. Fold
in egg whites beaten stiff but not dry. Fry pancakes in hot butter
or margarine.
