Blintze
Souffle

who will always be loved as a beloved grandmother!
2 packages cheese blintzes(12)
¼ cup sugar
¼ pound butter
½ teaspoon salt
4 eggs, well beaten
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon orange juice (optional)
Directions:
Melt butter in 2 quarts casserole and place blintzes over butter
in 1 layer.
Blend other ingredients with well-beaten eggs and pour over blintzes.
Bake 45 minutes in 350 degrees (Fahrenheit) or until top starts
to turn brown.
