Pecan
Crescent Cookies

Ingredients:
½ pound butter or margarine
5 Tbspns. powder sugar
2 c. flour
½ tspn. salt (if unsalted margarine)
2 tspns. vanilla
¾ c. chopped pecans (small)
Instructions:
Cream butter, sugar. Add flour,
salt, vanilla and pecans. Shape in crescent shapes by tablespoons.
Set on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 400F for 12 – 14 minutes
or until golden brown. Shake in bag with powdered sugar.
