Mississippi Mud Cake

Directions: Prepare brownie cake mix. Put in 9*13 pan and bake as per directions

Remove from oven and sprinkle top with 3c. miniature marshmallows. Return to oven and bake about 10 minutes until marshmallows are melted and start to brown (sub marshmallow cream) Remove from oven and let cool in pan about 30 min.

Spread icing over cake and let stand until thoroughly cold. Cut in slices and Serve

Icing:
½ lb. margarine
1 lb. confect sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. coarsely chop. pecans
½ c. evaporated. milk

Melt margarine in saucepan. Sift together confection. sugar and cocoa. Stir into margarine. Along with nuts and milk. Spread over cake.
