Crazy Cake

Thanks to Minette Greenman, who will always be loved as a beloved grandmother!

Ingredients:

1/1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1. tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
5 tbsp. veg. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold water

Instructions:

Measure 1st column right into an 8” sq. cake pan. Make 3 holes in dry cake mix. Measure vegetable oil in one, vinegar in second and vanilla in 3rd hole. Pour water over whole mixture and mix in stirring until lumps are gone. (Heat oven to 350F) Bake for 30 minutes.
