Matza Pizza
Charoset
Cheese Blintzes
Matza Pizza Treatsa!
Serves 4
You need:
Ingredients:
- 6 matzas
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 9 slices of yellow cheese
- oil for greasing

Utensils:

- Measuring Spoons
- Mixing Bowl
- Fork
- Small Bowl
- 9 inch baking pan

How to make it:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
- Break matza into small pieces. Put into mixing bowl.
- Add tap water and soak for 2 minutes to soften. Drain water off.
- Beat eggs in small bowl with a fork. Add to mixing bowl.
- Add salt and pepper to mixing bowl.
- Grease the pan with the oil.
- Pour matza mixture into baking pan. Bake for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
- Add tomato sauce and cheese to baking pan.
- Bake the pizza ten more minutes or until the cheese bubbles and melts.
Charoset - The Mortar You Love to Eat!
You need:
Ingredients:
- 2 large apples
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup sweet red wine

- Measuring Cups
- Measuring Spoons
- Grater
- Knife
- Bowl
- Spoon

How to make it:
- Wash and peel the apples.
- Grate the apples with a grater into a bowl. Throw out the cores.
- Add almonds, walnuts and cinnamon to bowl. Mix well with a fork.
- Add wine slowly until the mixture forms a paste.
You can add chopped dates or other dried fruits for a variation.
Say "Cheese!" Blintzes
Serves 2
You need:
Ingredients:
- 4 tbls. butter
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbls sour cream
- 2 tbls sugar
- 2 matzas
- 1/4 cup oil for frying

- Measuring Spoons
- Frying Pan
- Bowl
- Fork
- Knife
- Spatula

How to make it:
- Melt butter in frying pan. Remove the pan from heat.
 - Pour butter into bowl.
- Add cheese, 2 eggs, sour cream and sugar to the bowl. Beat well with a fork.
- Hold matza under water until wet and soft. Cut each matza in half with a knife.
- Put filling onto each piece of matza. try to divide it evenly between the four pieces. Then fold the matza over to cover the filling.

 - Put the two remaining eggs in a bowl and beat with a fork.
- Dip each blintze into the beaten eggs, soaking it well.
- Heat oil in frying pan.
- Fry the blintzes until the bottoms are golden brown. The flip with the spatula and fry until the other side is golden brown.
- Serve with jelly or applesauce.
